About this deal

Love it or hate it, Hello Kitty’s impact is hard to ignore since Hello Kitty and Japanese cars like this Honda Jazz go well together. The first region to be highlighted was Sanin, home to the Shimane and Tottori prefectures. Osaka, Hyogo, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi and Fukuoka soon followed. In Okayama Station, you can even get your Hello Kitty ekiben (shinkansen-shaped take away box)!

I’m asking because my daughter is a high Hello Kitty fan, and this ride just may end up being one of our trip’s highlights… The adorable train provides a Kodama service on the Sanyo Shinkansen line, which connects the western cities of Osaka and Fukuoka. The first car, called Hello! Plaza, does not have any passenger seats. Instead, it showcases local specialities, delicacies, and souvenirs from the regions in the new JR West’s line. Hello! Plaza I rode the Hello Kitty shinkansen yesterday Aug 25 from Hishi-Akashi to Okyama. As well as being cute it has a an extremely high standard of interior comfort, comparable to the Green Car on other services. I hope it will continue in service past October and I think other regions of Japan would welcome it. Marketing stunt or not, these Hello Kitty cars will definitely get young girls, cat lovers, and even toy collectors excited. And as long as "kawaii" is in, it is safe to say that we will not see the last of them anytime soon.

Mitsubishi, Honda, and Daihatsu have all done it, so there is no reason for Toyota to not collaborate with Hello Kitty. However, this Toyota Scion, or should we say its owner, maybe a bit more subtle in showing love for Hello Kitty. Wait until you see the interior, though. The moment you see it, the word "subtle" will become an understatement. It screams Hello Kitty from the inside, which can be rather much for anti-fans.Hello Kitty hubcaps, steering wheel, upholstery, meter panel, and emblems are just a few of the car’s notable characteristics. Even the key is designed to look like Hello Kitty’s head. Just when you think you’ve seen everything, along comes this Hello Kitty Polski Fiat to surprise you. This Polish masterpiece, built in the 1960s, refuses to age, owing to its owner (whoever he or she may be), who has made it relevant and relatable to a younger generation.
